One distinctive aspect of Thai food is the use of fresh herbs and spices as well as the inclusion of fermented fish sauce in nearly every dish.

Kid’s pizza making master class
There are not many nations that can say their national dish has become an international phenomenon. Italy has two such dishes, pasta and, of course, pizza. Both are famous all over the world, but have made the history of Italian food.
Attend a home-made Italian pizza making class hosted by Chef Rolanzo from Italy. Young Chefs are welcomed to Kid’s pizza making master class at Ciccio Ristorante & Pizzeria. All junior Chefs will be provided with an apron and a certificate of completion after the session. During the class, the budding Chefs will be taught how to make a pizza and also shown techniques of measuring, mixing, kneading and rolling their own crust. At the end of the class everyone gets to feasts on the freshly-baked pizzas.
